• Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are still in the original packaging.
• Freight costs will not be refunded.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% will apply to all returned items.
• Custom fitted sheets cannot be refunded

2. Dispatch and Tracking:

• We aim to dispatch all goods purchased on our website within 3 business days.
• A tracking number will be provided within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Warranty:

• For products manufactured by us, consumers have the option to receive a new product or an equivalent replacement in case of warranty claims.
• Refunds will only be entertained if the defect falls within the warranty period specified for the product.
• Custom-made products cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing issue.

• We keep all customer information private and use it solely for the purpose of warranty registration on third-party products that we sell.
